My States Visited by Motorcycle Map

I am home and writing. There are quite a few stories to tell. One of the goals of this adventure was to fill in a big chunk of geography on my States Visited by Motorcycle Map.

Here is the before, last updated in September 2010:

And the after, accomplished on July 31 when I entered Minnesota:

Riding 19 days and 5,979 miles, about 2,200 miles of it on The Oregon Trail. That story is coming soon.

What does your States Visited Map look like?

See you on the highway.

  1. Looking at the white left on your map I have a few theme ideas. The northeast in the fall all the way down to the Carolinas. (personal bucket list ride for me). Georgia and coastal highway 17 would be a good winter run with a pirate’s theme all the way to the Keys. Start at The Pirate’s House in Savannah, GA. Louisiana Mississippi river ride New Orleans to Memphis with a cut west into Arkansas. I’ll be riding Arkansas in October if you want to join us.

  2. Thanks, Jim, for the ideas and suggestions. Actually, I have a plan for finishing these states yet this year. It involves two rides–one is scheduled for September and the other is TBD. –Brent
